Field Maps Login Issues

The main issue users have when logging in to the Field Maps application is that there are two options for login:

ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.

To login to the Town's GIS Portal, users need to select "Sign in with ArcGIS Enterprise" (Screenshot 1 below)

The user will then be prompted to either enter a new URL for our portal. If the user has already entered the portal URL previously, they should be able to see the URL suggestion (Screenshot 2 below):

https://gis.fuquay-varina.org/portal

After specifying the Town's GIS Portal URL, the user will then be shown the Town's GIS Portal login prompt (Screenshot 3 below).
