Employee Badge Access Overview
All new employees will be provided a Town Badge at the time of Onboarding. A Town Badge provides access to designated areas based on the employee's permissions.
Please read and review this information carefully:
1. You are required to have your badge on your person at all times while working.
2. IF LOST OR STOLEN: Contact IT IMMEDIATELY to replace it.
- There is currently no penalty in terms of compensation to replace a badge.
3. Employees are only allowed to have ONE badge at a time. This means that we will deny access to the previous badge at the time of replacement.
4. All Badge permissions are set at the time it is provided. If you are unable to access any areas that you should be in, please let us know via a Help Ticket so that we can correct it.
