Employee Login Information
Employee Login Information is provided at the time of Onboarding.
We will only outline the Username information, as we provide a randomized password at the time of Onboarding.
The IT Department will only employ two types of Usernames for users which allow you to log in to various applications. This overview is NOT a guide on those specific applications.
Because of the vast amount of software and hardware applications we support, some have different login requirements than others.
Computer Login
This login is used for primarily accessing your Workstation.
(Specifically, ones assigned to you, however, there are special circumstances)
This is also referred to as an AD (Active Directory) Login.
Login Information:
The first letter of your first name + your last name (example: John Smith = jsmith)
- The only exception to this is if that login is in use by another employee. In that case, we add your middle initial. (example: John Adam Smith = jasmith)
Office Login
This login is generally what you would use to log in to most applications, most importantly, Office 365.
Login Information:
The first letter of your first name + your last name + @fuquay-varina.org (example: John Smith = jsmith@fuquay-varina.org)
- The only exception to this is if that login is in use by another employee. In that case, we add your middle initial.
